If you need a last-minute appetizer that looks impressive but takes almost no effort, this Mediterranean whipped feta and cottage cheese dip is it. It couldn’t be easier to make, feels elevated and colorful, and is sneakily high in protein thanks to the cottage cheese. It’s absolutely bursting with flavor โ it’s creamy but also crunchy, tangy, juicy, herby, salty โ honestly you just have to try it because it’s hard to explain just how delicious it is! Itโs the kind of dish that looks like you planned ahead, even if you absolutely didnโt. Perfect for hosting, holidays, girlsโ night, or just a snack board moment at home. Make this before pomegranate season ends!
