THESE cookies are one of my absolute favorite go-to desserts, and if you can believe it, they’re totally guilt-free and healthy! Don’t you hate it when you’re trying to eat well, so you decide to buy a sugar-free or low-cal “treat” and then it ends up tasting like cardboard (plus they’re filled with random, unpronounceable ingredients)? UGH – the worst. Don’t make that mistake again – make these super easy and satisfying cookies instead. These cookies are deceptively delicious – you’d never know how healthy they are! Even without any butter or added sugars, these cookies are sweet, soft, full of flavor, and yummy enough to cure any sweet craving out there. So next time you have ripe bananas, take a break from your usual banana bread and try out these Oatmeal Banana Cookies. I bet you already have all of the ingredients at home! Here’s all you’ll need to make it happen:
Ingredients
2 RIPE bananas – mashed
1/2 cup creamy, natural almond butter
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1/4 cup steel-cut oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips (if your a chocolate lover
like me!) – or use raisins, shredded coconut, or nuts!
Makes 14 – 16 cookies.
Instructions
– Preheat oven to 350.
– Mash bananas until smooth, then mix with almond butter.
– Add all other ingredients and mix well.
– Scoop cookie dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet.

I know you’re going to love these cookies as much as I do! Life’s short my friends – eat lots of cookies. 🙂
